Website Design & Copywriting for Great Impressions Staging

The website of this well-known luxury staging company did not match their expertise. Designed on the digital platform Weebly in 2011, all displays and features were outdated– not showing this company in its best light.

Without a hitch, I designed a staging portfolio and wrote copy that was easy for readers consume while inspiring them to take action. I was thrilled to have complete creative control during this project. It enabled me to create and execute all varieties of deliverables while hitting the set deadlines.

Although I love working with a team, I had fun developing the website structure, designing each page, and filling them with clear, home-hitting copy.

Real Estate Copywriting Voice & Tone

As a real estate copywriter, the first step was to gain an understanding of the target audience. I collaborated with the client to discover what their interests, expectations and priorities are in order to create a compelling voice and tone for the website.

Part of the brand’s message is that staging your property before placing it on the market is a no brainer. The digital copy delivers that message throughout the site and depicts the process as simple and easy.

Website Facelift

A major part of this project included moving the domain to a new platform while redesigning and building a new website from scratch.

I created engaging copy for the home page, bio, services, FAQ and designed a digital portfolio. The esthetic and flow of the new website aligns well with the experience and professionalism of the brand. Great Impressions online presence now encourages home sellers to stage their homes in order to sell faster and for more money.

A beautiful display of work

In order to boost credibility, it was evident that Great Impressions Staging’s work needed to be elegantly displayed. I interviewed my client about the properties she is most proud of and why. I collected photos and videos from the homes that sold and portrayed them as great success– because they were. Each highlighted home in the portfolio had a success story about the property, beautiful pictures, and a video tour.

Target Audience Education

One thing my client made clear to me was that she wanted to educate all potential clients around what home staging is and why it is so important. 

Throughout the site I provided copy that helps readers get a good grasp of the services and how it will help them sell their home. This leaves the readers feeling more empowered about selling their property no matter how the market twists and turns.
